He's articulate in meetings and explains requirements very clearly. During this time, he demonstrated a strong ability to write documentation on abstract concepts in the medical domain. I worked with David in a fast-paced, chaotic start-up company. He did a great deal to assist with the training and establishment of our teams as we transitioned through an acquisition. David came to Catholic Charities seeking volunteer opportunities, and we ultimately offered him a contract position as a Business Analyst. David was a significant help in implementing the Atlassian Suite at Catholic Charities. He gathered all of the requirements, documented workflows, and established dozens of templates that other PM and BA resources in our department could use for posterity. He has a strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality results. In addition to his role as a BA, David served as a strong technical resource. He wrote a few batch Java applications to analyze report usage across our enterprise BI platform, created recommendations for an incident management system, and provided numerous data and workflow models for both IT and our end users. I would absolutely recommend David for either a software development or technical analysis role.

Peace Corps: July 2015

Mr. David Bekkerus has completed his volunteer program under Peace Corporation at Ratua Foundation for one (5) months starting March 1 – July 28, 2015.

David Bekkerus has been assigned to organize, centralize and implement a new Library and a computer lab at Nandiutu Secondary School. David Bekkerus has done a great job in building all wooden furniture’s for the computer lab and library, managing people to help him, implementing a library computer system, training the librarian. David is a reliable, conscientious, disciplined and hard worker, it has been a pleasure to work with him on this project.
